Our PPS FR Boards are flame-retardant panels, made from polyphenylene sulfide with the addition of flame-retardant components. It maintains functionality under extreme conditions, including high temperature, flame and corrosion, minimizing accident risks. Compared with traditional flame-retardant boards, our products are lighter, reducing overall equipment weight.

Strong Moisture Resistance and Corrosion Resistance: Bathrooms are humid and prone to water accumulation. The non-absorbent and moisture-resistant properties of PP fire-proof boards can prevent problems such as mildew, deformation, and corrosion that occur in traditional boards due to moisture, maintaining long-term structural stability of the boards and extending their service life.​

Excellent Fire Protection: The high flame retardancy of PP fire-proof boards can slow down the spread of fire in case of accidental ignition, reduce fire hazards, and protect personal and property safety.​

Hygiene: Bathrooms are prone to stains like water scale and soap scum. The PP fire-proof board has a flat, smooth, and non-porous surface, so stains can be directly wiped off with clean water or ordinary detergents. No complicated maintenance is required, which lowers the cost and difficulty of daily cleaning.​

Stable Anti-Aging Performance: In long-term contact with hot water vapor and toiletries in bathrooms, PP fire-proof boards have stable chemical properties. They are not prone to fading, cracking, bulging, or other issues, and can maintain the clean and beautiful appearance of bathroom decoration for a long time.

Shower Area Partition Panels: Used to create partitions between shower wet areas and dry areas. Compared with glass partitions, they are lighter and more impact-resistant (not easy to break). Their moisture resistance ensures the partitions do not get moldy after long-term use, and their fire resistance prevents the partitions from aiding combustion in case of fire caused by electrical short circuits.​

Washbasin Countertops/Cabinet Panels: As the backing board for washbasin countertops or door panels of bathroom cabinets, they can withstand water stains around the washbasin and corrosion from toiletries. The easy-to-clean surface allows quick removal of accumulated water and soap scum on the countertop, keeping the countertop dry and clean.​

Auxiliary Material for Bathroom Ceilings: It can be used as the base backing board or partial decorative board for bathroom ceilings, used in conjunction with waterproof main ceiling materials. Its moisture resistance prevents mildew inside the ceiling due to dampness, and its fire resistance improves the overall fire safety level of the ceiling, making it suitable for the enclosed space environment of bathrooms.​
